REAII promotes internationalization for medical students

Actions took place from November 11th to 18th.

On November 11, the Institutional Relations and Internationalization Center (REAII) held a workshop with members of the Local Coordination of Internships and Experiences - Regional Bahia for medical students. Between November 11th and 18th, at the invitation of REAII, students of Medicine courses at Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública they also participated in meetings with consultants from exchange agencies. The objective was to introduce academics to the various programs for studying languages ​​in different countries.

On the occasion, representatives of the Globmission agencies, an exchange consultancy boutique for Canada and other countries, IE Intercâmbio e Viagem, specialized in various study and work programs abroad, and Brazilian Exchange – BEX, specialized in Cultural and Interchange, were present. Courses Abroad, in partnership with more than 200 schools and universities around the world. BEX is a partner of Bahiana and offers discounts on programs for students, professors and employees of the institution.

     
In turn, the workshop with students from Local Coordination of Internships and Experiences (CLEV) aimed at qualifying medical students for the public notice of the National Executive Directorate of Medical Students (DENEM), in partnership with the International Federation of Medical Students' Association (IFMSA). The public notice aims to select medical students for short-term internships abroad.
