EMPLOYEES OF THE NAZARÉ Academic Unit PARTICIPATE IN THE PIC - INTEGRATION AND TRAINING PROGRAM OF BAHIANA

Employees of the Academic Secretariat of the Academic Unit Nazaré, from Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública participated, from September 30 to October 02, in training activities and care for the well-being in the workplace. it is about the PIC - Integration and Training Program, an initiative that aims to train employees and offer care services that promote well-being and better conditions for carrying out work activities.

In this first edition, Professor Antônio Carlos Costa, coordinator of Educational Technologies Development Center – CEDETE, taught the class "Learning the Moodle Platform", a virtual learning environment that Bahiana makes available to its students, through some disciplines. The activity had the participation of CEDETE technicians, Sara Cristina, Gerson do Rosário and Miguel Barreto. Also in the technology area, it was given by Alexandre Matos de Araújo, coordinator of Technology and Information Center, the class "Understanding the new system", about the tools and better use of the new operating system of the computer network of Bahiana.

The third activity was aimed at promoting the well-being of employees and was coordinated by Professor Gildásio Campos: “Attention to my body and my work environment”. Physical exercises, posture assessment in the work environment and practices that lead the professional to become more aware of his own body in relation to work activities were performed. Professor Gildásio Campos, professors Leda Campos and Vanessa were part of the team.
