Selection Process of Transfer - 2008.2

The foundation Bahiana for the Development of Sciences, the entity that maintains the Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública-EBMSP, informs interested parties of the opening of PRE-REGISTRATION FOR THE TRANSFER SELECTION PROCESS 2008.2 (Art. 49 of Law No. 9.394, of 20/12/96), aimed at filling vacancies for the transfer of regular students enrolled in HEIs authorized or recognized by the Brazilian government, for the continuation of studies, in the respective course, according to the following conditions: 

I - VACATIONS
The vacancies offered will be for:
2nd and 3rd grades of the Medicine Course; 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades of the Physiotherapy Course; 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades of the Occupational Therapy Course; 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th semesters of the Dentistry Course; 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th semesters of the Psychology Course; 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th semesters of the Biomedicine Course; 2nd and 3rd semesters of the Nursing Course. The foundation Bahiana for Science Development will inform the number of vacancies for the respective course/semester/year when the list of interested parties whose applications have been admitted to the stage of REGISTRATION in the Transfer Selection Process will be disclosed, the date of which will then be communicated to interested parties.
Transfer requests from interested parties who are submitted to the PBL methodology in the IES of origin will not be accepted.

II - PRE-REGISTRATION
PRE-REGISTRATION PLACE FOR THE MEDICINE COURSE: RUA FREI HENRIQUE, 08 – NAZARÉ (EBMSP -Nazaré Academic Unit)
PLACE OF PRE-REGISTRATION FOR THE COURSES: DENTISTRY, PHYSIOTHERAPY, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY, PSYCHOLOGY, BIOMEDICINE AND NURSING: Av. D. João VI, 274, Brotas (FOUNDATION COORDINATION)
PERIOD: JULY 04TH TO 11TH OF THE CURRENT YEAR
HOURS: 8:30 AM TO 11:30 AM and 14:30 PM TO 17:00 PM (Monday to Friday);

III - DOCUMENTATION FOR PRE-REGISTRATION
The request for pre-registration to transfer, to continue studies in the same course, will be accompanied by the following documents: I - copy of the authenticated identity card and declaration that the student is regularly enrolled in the HEI of origin with an indication of the nature of course; II - document evidencing the regular functioning of the course at the HEI of origin as to authorization or recognition by the competent Brazilian authority; III - academic transcript in original, including the grades of the subjects referring to the semester or year you have just attended. IV - form provided by the IES of origin containing the breakdown of curricular subjects into subjects, indicating the workload and number of credits; V - syllabuses of the subjects attended, with their workloads and number of credits, duly authenticated by the HEI of origin.

IV - PRE-REGISTRATION RESULT
The foundation Bahiana for Science Development, after the period reserved for pre-registration has elapsed, after analyzing the documentation related to the academic record, including the concluding grades of the semester or the year just attended, it will publish the list of applicants who have their applications admitted to stage of enrollment in the Selection Process.

V - REGISTRATION
The foundation Bahiana for the Development of Sciences will inform interested parties of the period in which the enrollment in the Transfer Selection Process must be made for those who have their applications accepted in the pre-enrollment stage.
