A Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública - EBMSP, invites students from the Medicine, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Courses, who have entered in the middle of the year, and students from the Dentistry, Psychology, Biomedicine and Nursing Courses, under the semester regime, to enroll in 2008.2, observed the following conditions:

II - Enrollment Schedule
Enrollment will take place from 9:00 am to 16:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
III - Required Documentation
Student enrollment will depend on:
a) the payment of the school tuition for the academic period 2007.2/2008.1 in relation to the students of the MEDICINE, PHYSICAL THERAPY and OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY Courses and the inexistence of previous debts;
b) the discharge of the school semester for the academic period 2008.1 in relation to students of the DENTISTRY, PSYCHOLOGY, BIOMEDICINE and NURSING Courses and the inexistence of previous debts; and
c) the delivery by the student of the respective application for enrollment and proof of payment of the 1st installment of the annual/semester tuition for the corresponding academic period.
IV - Complementary Information
The student in debt must first go to the Financial Monitoring and Control Sector of the Escola Bahiana de medicina e saúde Pública, located at Av. D. João VI, 275, Academic Unit Brotas (Brotas), Pavilion III, room 105, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 14:00 pm to 17:30 pm (Monday to Friday), with the aim of promoting its financial regularization. The non-attendance of the student on the respective date stipulated in this Notice for the registration will result in the characterization of abandonment. DIAL ENROLLMENT (2) 6-71.
