Pre-Registration Transfer 2007.2

A FOUNDATION BAHIANA FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SCIENCES, the entity that maintains the Escola Bahiana de Medicina e Saúde Pública - EBMSP, communicates to interested parties the opening of the PRE-REGISTRATION to the TRANSFER SELECTION PROCESS 2007.2 (Art. 49 of Law 9.394, of 20/12/96) aimed at filling vacancies for the transfer of regular students, enrolled in HEIs authorized or recognized by the Brazilian government, to continue their studies in the respective course , according to the following conditions:

I - Vacancies

The vacancies offered will be for: 2nd and 3rd grade of the Medicine Course; 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade of the Physiotherapy Course; 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade of the Occupational Therapy Course; 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th 6th, 7th and 8th semester of the Dentistry Course; 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th 6th, 7th and 8th semester of the Psychology Course; 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th semester of the Biomedicine Course. The foundation Bahiana  for the Development of Sciences will inform the number of vacancies for the respective course/semester/year when the list of interested parties whose applications are admitted to the stage of REGISTRATION in the Transfer Selection Process will be disclosed, the date of which will then be communicated to interested parties.
Transfer requests from interested parties who are submitted to the PBL methodology in the IES of origin will not be accepted.

II - Pre-Registration

PRE-REGISTRATION PLACE FOR THE MEDICINE COURSE: Rua Frei Henrique, 08 - Nazaré (EBMSP - Academic Unit I);
PRE-REGISTRATION PLACE FOR DENTISTRY, PHYSIOTHERAPY, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY, PSYCHOLOGY AND BIOMEDICINE COURSES: Av. D. João VI, 274, Brotas (General Coordination);
TIME COURSE:  July 04th to 09th, 2007, from 08:30 am to 11:00 am and from 14:30 pm to 17:00 pm (Monday to Friday).

III - Documentation for Pre-Registration

The application for pre-registration to transfer, to continue studies in the same course, will be accompanied by the following documents:  I - copy of the authenticated identity card and declaration that the student is regularly enrolled in the IES of origin, indicating the nature of the course;  II. document evidencing the regular functioning of the course at the HEI of origin regarding authorization or recognition by the competent Brazilian authority;  III. academic transcript in original, with the concluding grades, including the subjects referring to the semester or year just attended  IV- form provided by the IES of origin containing the breakdown of curricular subjects into subjects, indicating the workload and number of credits;  V - syllabuses of the subjects attended, with the respective workloads and number of credits, duly authenticated by the IES of origin.

IV - Pre-Registration Results

The foundation Bahiana for Science Development, after the period reserved for pre-enrollment has elapsed, after analyzing the documentation related to the academic record, including the concluding grades of the semester or the year just attended, it will publish the list of applicants who have their applications admitted to step of enrollment in the Selection Process.

V - Registration

The foundation Bahiana for the Development of Sciences will inform interested parties of the period in which the enrollment in the Transfer Selection Process must be made for those who have their applications accepted in the pre-enrollment stage.
