Necessary documents: RG (Brazilian National Identity Card), CPF (Brazilian Taxpayer Identification Number), Salvador SUS Card (Brazilian National Health System Card), proof of residence, and SUS application form.

Some tests are performed exclusively for patients enrolled at the Medical Center of Bahiana.

Attention! For Internal Medicine and Family and Community Medicine, Pediatrics and Childcare, Obstetrics and Gynecology, a medical referral is not necessary; you can request care directly. For other specialties, an internal SUS (Brazilian Public Health System) referral is required.
