Topic: Skills development and care management in the training of nursing professionals.
The XIV Nursing Conference of Bahiana will promote debate on the development of competences and care management in the training of nursing professionals. These reflections seek to confirm the importance of developing skills related to being a nurse, beyond knowledge/knowledge, and the unequivocal interrelation of these skills with care management.
